warm start to the day.. then cool & wet to end it!

as soon as my eyes opened this morning, Nikki's head was in my hand. ok, ok.. no snoozes! we enjoyed a laid back morning, taking it easy 'round camp. Marley.. er, I mean Abby helped herself to my avocado that was out for breakfast.. she shared some of it with me! we then headed out for a long hike. Cookie, Ben, Nikki, Abby & Harley were happy to feel the warm breeze that swept around us.
today, Dyte husseled! I've never seen her teeny tiny paws patter so quickly! she enjoyed her 'long distant' walk.
Otto, Odin, Oscar & Abby were welcomed with open paws at Marie Curtis. Otto was joined by other wee ones, who he made sure to sniff out. Odin was happy-go-lucky playing fetch, chuck-it style! Oscar was ecstatic to see a Dane friend, who frolicked with him until we had to pull each other apart when she was leaving. Abby went from chillin' with me & sniffing out newcomers, to chasin with Odin, then off to dominate Oscar, letting Luna the Dane know who's boss.
Muskoka, Megan, Jasper and Belle were next on the roster to join Abby on an afternoon romp. Muskoka was social, meeting all pups & their peeps.. laying around in between greetings. Megan was on the lookout, paying attention to everything going on around the park. Jasper was sporting a new 'do.. extra frisky in his frolics. Belle raced around the park, chasing a tennis ball while digging holes in the sand around them.. I chased after Belle, filling them back up!
back at camp, the pups enjoyed cuddles & pets to wrap up their day!
